Bologna Fotografata. Three centuries of photos

Interactive installations

Bologna fotografata, this is the title of the exhibition that Cineteca di Bologna prepared at Sottopasso di Piazza Re Enzo, the heart of the city, from june 9th to april 2nd 2018. I worked with them to create two interactive spots: Gallery: a selection of photos of Bologna dated 1872. The user can slide through the gallery thanks to a touch screen. Take your photo: in the last room of the exhibition users are welcomed to take a picture of themselves, to collect portraits of the new generations of the people living in Bologna and creating a new archive of city faces. The software allows the user to take a picture in color/bw, insert their information, and send the photo to an email address, if present. Photos are saved offline/online, and also recorded on a spreadsheet. Developed with Unity.
